Wander & Rove consists of a very small team, working hard to make sure you all have a wonderful experience shopping with us. Please keep this in mind when placing orders and sending along inquires. We will do our best to respond to everyone promptly and pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need an order ready quickly with expedited shipping please send an email in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Once your order is shipped, shipping time is estimated to be within 3-10 business days from the ship date.
Exchange Policy
At Wander & Rove we are here to help you curate a conscious wardrobe of pieces you love. Because of that we are confident that you will be very happy with the pieces you've purchased.
If for any reason you change your mind or need a different size items may be exchanged within the 14 day time frame for
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

with the details of your return before sending any items back to us. If we have not received a request for an exchange within the holiday exchange window then unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
Once your exchange has been accepted we will send you the address to ship your items back. Please include your name and order number in the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges & Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically issued and e-gift card. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
